1. Who May Enter: Participation in the competition is open to current members of the Bathurst Athletics Club and their parents/guardians.

2. Entry Period: Final entries close by 11:59 PM AEDT on Thursday 19 March 2026.

3. Selection of Winners: To be in the running for 'Athlete Spotlight of the Month,' you must enter the competition by submitting the entry form in entirety. The Bathurst Athletics Club committee will then select the winner based on factors such as general conduct, effort and sportsmanship during Club gatherings.

4. Media Consent: The winners will be announced on My Finance Agent's social media and/or other communication channels at monthly periods for the duration of the Club 2025-2026 season. Competition participants, and/or their legal parents/guardians in the case of entrants under 18 years of age, consent to us publishing their name and image in our announcements and promotions. In that context, by entering you also consent to My Finance Agent, or our assigned delegates, including the Bathurst Athletics Club, capturing, collecting, using (including amending, editing, adapting and/or retouching) and disclosing any images and recordings of you in relation to this competition and media activities, without needing any further approval from you.

5. Prizes: There are five monthly prizes of Intersport gift vouchers, each valued at $75.

6. Communications: In addition to the aforementioned public announcements, winners will be contacted by email and/or telephone. By entering, participants consent to receive communications from My Finance Agent. Participants may opt-out of communications at any time by unsubscribing.

Athlete of the Season: My Finance Agent is also proud to sponsor Bathurst Athletic Club's 'Athlete of the Season' prize, which is two Intersport gift vouchers valued at $150 each (one for each of the two recipients). There is no competition entry requirement to be eligible for the 'Athlete of the Season' prize.
