Doug is one of our experienced and down-to-earth finance brokers, with over nine years in the lending industry. He’s supported clients right across regional NSW—including Dubbo, Mudgee, Orange and Bathurst—and is known for his empathetic, analytical and resilient approach. Before joining the finance world, Doug built an impressive and varied career. He spent eight years managing five-star hotels on the Gold Coast, owned and operated a 250-acre sheep farm, and worked across sales, spray painting and service management in the automotive industry. His real-world experience helps him connect with clients from all walks of life.

Outside of work, you’ll find Doug enjoying motorsport, beach days, road trips and a good BBQ. Originally from the Central Coast and having spent most of his life coastal, he brings the same energy, curiosity and love for people into every client interaction.
