Dean began his career in Australia with a respected low-cost airline, gaining valuable experience in customer service. This foundation led him to transition into the finance sector, where he joined ANZ and later worked briefly at Bluestone. His career progressed further at a brokerage in Sydney, where he learned how to support client files almost end to end.

He brings a wealth of experience and technical know-how to our team. Having spent the past five years with a leading digital lender, Dean has developed a deep understanding of the loan approval process and is highly skilled at moving applications through efficiently. His strong attention to detail and commitment to fast, accurate service make him a valuable asset to both our brokers and clients.

In his downtime, Dean enjoys quality time with his wife and their dog, either relaxing at home or travelling. He’s also passionate about cars and often spends weekends working on his own or catching up with mates who share his love for all things automotive.
